Grace Home Support Services is an Alberta Blue Cross approved CDHCI provider. Through the Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) program, eligible Albertans can receive approved home care services through a provider of their choice, with services billed directly to Alberta Blue Cross. Our goal is simple: to help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home while reducing the stress on family caregivers.
What is CDHCI?
Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) is an Alberta Health Services (AHS) program that allows eligible individuals to choose their own approved home care provider instead of receiving care through traditional scheduling models. If approved, Alberta Health Services authorizes a specific number of care hours, and your chosen provider bills Alberta Blue Cross directly for those approved services. This means you can receive personalized care while maintaining more choice and flexibility in who provides your support.
